Terms and Conditions of Service

Last revised on April 1st, 2026

Please note that these Terms and Conditions of Service govern your use of GeThingzDone and all related services.

1.General

GeThingzDone websites, mobile applications, and related services (together with the websites and apps, the "Service") are operated by ZenzaDae Group Holdings ("ZenzaDae Group," "us," or "we"). Access to and use of the Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications.

ZenzaDae Group may amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions. If we do this, we will post a notice that we have made changes to these Terms and Conditions on the Service for at least 7 days after the changes are posted and will indicate at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions the date these terms were last revised. Any revisions to these Terms and Conditions will become effective the earlier of (i) the end of such 7-day period or (ii) the first time you access or use the Service after such changes.

If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use, access, or participate in the Service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

2.Description of Service

The Service is an accountability and habit-building platform that helps users track daily tasks, build streaks, earn XP and Traction Coins, capture video proof of completion, and develop consistent routines across all areas of life.

The Service also includes an optional skill-based accountability contest (the "Commitment Pools" feature) in which users may pledge their own funds to commitments that they themselves perform and verify via video proof. See "Nature of the Service β€” Skill-Based Contest" below for the legal classification of that feature.

ZenzaDae Group may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, make improvements to, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently.

3.Nature of the Service β€” Skill-Based Contest

The Commitment Pools feature is a skill-based accountability contest, not a game of chance or gambling. When you place a stake on a commitment, the sole determinant of whether you keep your principal and receive any bonus yield is whether YOU actually complete the task you committed to and successfully submit valid video proof. No external event, draw, third-party outcome, or chance element influences the result.

Because outcomes are determined entirely by the participant's own verifiable actions, the Commitment Pools feature does not constitute a lottery, sports book, sweepstakes, or game of chance under the laws of most jurisdictions. You are not betting against other people or against the house β€” you are staking on yourself, for yourself.

Bonus yield is never guaranteed. If every participant in a pool completes their commitment, there is no failure pool to distribute and every participant simply receives their own stake back. The platform takes a 20% rake of seized stakes from participants who fail to complete, and the remaining 80% is distributed pro rata to successful participants based on their stake size.

A $0.50 Network Fee is charged upfront at the time of commitment to cover the platform's AI verification compute and operational costs. The Network Fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

You acknowledge that you could lose your entire stake if you fail to complete your committed task and submit valid proof. Stakes are real funds deposited via Stripe. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

4.Restricted Jurisdictions

The Commitment Pools feature is not available to residents of Washington, Tennessee, Illinois, Nevada, New York, Louisiana, or any other jurisdiction in which skill-based contests for prize are prohibited or restricted by law. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction.

We may implement geolocation checks, state-based blocks, and identity verification to enforce this restriction. We reserve the right to refuse service, refund stakes, or close accounts that we determine in good faith are in a restricted jurisdiction.

The list of restricted jurisdictions may be updated without notice as laws change. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

5.Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Commitment Pools feature or any feature that involves real money. You must be at least 13 years old to use any other part of the Service.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age. We may require identity verification (including government-issued ID and date of birth) before allowing access to money-handling features.

6.Identity Verification (KYC)

Before you may deposit funds, stake on a commitment pool, or withdraw funds, you must complete identity verification via our third-party verification partner (Stripe Identity). This process may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID, a matching selfie, your date of birth, and your address.

We retain identity verification data as required by applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) laws, and share it only with regulated processors, law enforcement when legally required, or other parties as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse service, freeze accounts, or hold funds if verification fails, if we detect suspicious activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

7.Acceptable Use of the Services

You are responsible for your use of the Services, and for any use of the Services made using your account. Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe user experience. To promote this goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful to other users or to us.

  • You may not post, upload, or distribute any content that is defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8.Registration and Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account for non-money features of the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to deposit funds or use the Commitment Pools feature. See the "Age Requirement" section above.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"), including task descriptions, video proofs, notes, and any other information you provide.

By submitting User Content, you grant ZenzaDae Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Video proofs you capture are stored securely and are private to your account by default. We do not access, view, or share your video proofs except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.

10.Paid Plans and Subscriptions

GeThingzDone offers free and paid subscription plans including GeThingzDone+ and GeThingzDone+ Business Business. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are available on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.

Free trial periods, when offered, allow you to try a paid plan at no cost for a specified period (typically 2 weeks). At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

11.Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@gethingzdone.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We generally do not provide refunds for any subscription fees already paid. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

12.Traction Coins, XP, and Gamification

The Service includes gamification features such as Traction Coins, Experience Points (XP), streaks, leaderboards, and Completor Levels. These features are designed to encourage consistent task completion and are part of the Service.

Traction Points (formerly Coins) and XP have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They exist solely within the Service ecosystem. Traction Cash, a separate currency earned only through verified missions, may be withdrawn subject to our Traction Cash Terms and monthly caps.

We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove gamification elements at any time without prior notice.

13.Streaks and Daily Tracking

Streaks track consecutive days of task completion. Missing a day resets your streak to zero. We are not responsible for streak resets caused by technical issues, time zone differences, or connectivity problems.

Daily completion data, including timestamps and proof photos, is stored as part of your account. You may delete your completion data at any time through account settings.

14.In-App Advertising

Free plan users may see advertisements within the Service. Ads appear as sponsored content cards within the app interface.
