At GeThingzDone (operated by ZenzaDae Group Holdings), we care about your personal information, so we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and share it. This Privacy Policy applies to GeThingzDone websites, mobile applications, and related services ("Service").

By using the Service, you agree with the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Please note that GeThingzDone is constantly testing and improving our product features. Any features discussed in this Privacy Policy may not be available to all users or in all jurisdictions.

2.Information We Collect

Account Registration: When you register, you may provide us with your name, email address, and password. You may also register using social logins such as Google and Apple, in which case we may receive your email address and profile information from the social login provider.

Profile Information: After registration, a profile is created for you. Your profile may include your name, country, city, preferred language, theme preferences, and referral code.

Task and Completion Data: When you use the Service, we collect information about the tasks you create, complete, and track, including task titles, completion timestamps, time estimates, streak data, XP, and Traction Coins earned.

Video Proof: If you choose to capture video proof of task completion, those images are stored securely in your account. Video proofs are private to your account by default.

Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain technical information including your browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and pages visited within the Service.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your account registration and manage your account; track your task completion, streaks, and gamification progress; send you notifications and reminders (with your consent); communicate with you about the Service, including support and updates; analyze usage patterns to improve the product; display relevant in-app advertising (for free plan users only); and comply with legal obligations.

4.In-App Advertising

Free plan users may see advertisements within the Service. Ads appear as one quiet sponsored card inside the content flow — never as pop-ups, interstitials, or animated carousels.

Paid plan subscribers (GeThingzDone+ and GeThingzDone+ Business Business) receive a completely ad-free experience.

Ads are never shown during: the onboarding challenge flow, checkout or payment screens, account settings, or operator/admin screens.

We may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Service or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time.

5.Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to: keep you signed in; remember your preferences (language, theme, motion); measure and analyze usage of the Service; and serve and measure advertisements (for free plan users).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

6.Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: service providers who help us operate the Service (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for security, Google for advertising); law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; and other parties with your explicit consent.

Aggregated, anonymized data (such as total user counts per country displayed on our globe) may be shared publicly.

7.Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, row-level security policies in our database, and access controls limiting who can access your data.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Task completion data, streaks, and win cards are retained as part of your account history and are deleted when you delete your account.

9.Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including: the right to access your data; the right to correct inaccurate data; the right to delete your data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent.

10.Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

11.International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We use service providers based in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

12.Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "last revised" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13.California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
