Subscription and billing terms

1.Trials

GeThingzDone+ and GeThingzDone+ Business Business can start with a 2-week free trial when shown at checkout.

If a trial is offered, the checkout screen will show the trial end date, the renewal date, and the price that starts after the trial.

2.Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing settings or checkout flow.

Renewal timing depends on the billing interval you choose, such as monthly or annual.

3.Cancellation and downgrade

You can cancel from the billing area when available or by contacting billing@gethingzdone.com.

If a paid plan ends, your account may return to the free plan instead of deleting your data.

4.Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Any discount, trial, or special offer is controlled by the terms shown with that offer at the time you accept it.

5.Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case unless the law in your location says otherwise. If you need help, contact billing@gethingzdone.com.
